I am not able to run, my leg looks and feels awful. The bruising is getting darker and it hurts to take a running step or to touch. Several friends have given me helpful information, like, compression and massage, plus good old heat/ice too. CT should know, shes always getting hurt and bruised so I can trust what she tells me. Except I'm not so sure about making it hurt more with massage but MO also said to do that.
Its got about 10 days to heal so I'm going to do all I can to make it better. I'm starting my Half training on time no matter what.
