How is training going? Feeling overwhelmed.
I'm so tired of training.
Just today, yesterday I felt fine.
But today I want to go on a bike ride for fun, not for speed, not to go up hills, not to built strength/muscle/skill/stamina. I want to frolic in the water, not have to swim a mile or 3. I want to take a walk and enjoy the birds and scents carried on the wind, not get past as fast as my legs can carry me.
