How is training going? In the pool.
Lan got me to go to the pool last night, I swam 24 laps in 44 minutes. Not fast but good enough at this point. When I can get back into open water I'll swim more. Or so I tell myself.
I am concentrating on just getting into the water at this point. I am much more efficient than I had been, I am stretching out, twisting, gliding, breathing faster. My speed has increased a little bit, not a lot. Everyone I know is still way faster than me. I have no idea what the hell I'm doing wrong that makes me stay slow. Even with a pool buoy I'm slow.
