Yesterday was HIHM #2 and I finished again, but 5 minutes slower than last year. Dang. Had to go back on this blog to find my time from 2015, which was 2:35. This year it was 2:40 but I felt better this year.
Lan also finished is year, his first half marathon ever, not counting all of his half ironman distance races. Heck, I have no idea how many halfs I've done.
My next scheduled race is Iron Horse half in August up at Snoqualmie, down the rail road trail toward North Bend, all down hill. I hope my legs don't hurt as much there as they do now.
